The Ocean Exploration Trust is committed to exploring the world's ocean in search of both its natural and human history. Bringing together technical and scientific expertise, Dr. Robert Ballard and his team have continued to make new discoveries for over 20 years.
The Nautilus Exploration Program is our newest adventure.
The Exploration Vessel (E/V) Nautilus is equipped with state-of-the-art telepresence technology and deep submergence vehicles so that anyone on shore with an internet connection can be a part of our expeditions as we explore the unknown of the deep sea.
We are currently preparing for our upcoming field season in the summer of 2012, which will take us to the Black Sea and eastern Mediterranean Sea. Until then, check out the highlights from 2011 at Nautilus Live, and see if you are eligible for opportunities to work aboard Nautilus.
